Yard waste collection

Starting on 1/5/23 Yard Waste collection route will move from Wednesday's to Thursday's permanently.

All yard waste is collected on Thursday only. Yard waste must be contained, not loose for it to be collected.

No commercial contractor’s yard waste will be taken or collected. If you have a private service provider maintaining your yard  they must take all yard waste away every time they service your lawn.

Please do not mix your yard waste with house-hold garbage, dirt, rocks, sand or any other inert material, it will not be taken if so.

Yard Waste in any type of plastic bags is no longer permitted. You can use up to (4) 32 gallon container, they must be clearly marked “Yard Waste”.  Or you can use paper yard waste bags found at most home improvement stores such as (Celebration Hardware store at Water Tower, Home Depot, Ace Hardware or online.)

A few tips

If you want to use your TRASH TOTE for yard waste, leave the LID OPEN

Limbs and Palm Frond’s must be bundled and tied no longer than 5′ long and 4 ” in diameter and not weigh more than 45 lbs per bundle with twain strong enough to hold the bundle together and not tear when picking it up.

Yard clippings must be placed in a container or bag and not weigh more than 50 lbs per unit.

No more than 10 bags and or bundles combined per/week

Holiday Schedule change

Due to the Labor Day holiday, all services will run one day behind during the week of Sept. 4th.

Recycling pick-up will resume on Oct 16th.

Thursday’s trash route has been pushed to Friday and Friday’s trash route to Saturday.
